I've been working on computers for a living for nine years.

Nuclear Tune Up -- clean and optimize hard drive and remove all infections from viruses, malware and spyware.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've loved computers and have tinkered with them ever since they started becoming popular in households in the 80's.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My bread and butter is service, not sales. My primary concern is that the customer is getting the maximum benefit and enjoyment from their computer, not sales quotas.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location, and I'm putting everything I got into it.
